- Pētnieka (Dr.) pretendenta Ergi Bufasi atklātā lekcija: “Shaping the Future of Physics Education and Research: Achievements and Opportunities.”
This presentation examines how spatial ability, hands-on experimentation, and professional development intersect to strengthen physics education across primary, secondary, and higher education. Ergi Bufasi shares key achievements from past work that demonstrate how fostering spatial reasoning and active learning can enhance students’ conceptual understanding of physics. Building on these insights, he highlights research-based approaches for integrating hands-on activities into curricula and for designing effective professional development programs for teachers. Ergi Bufasi also discusses future opportunities to bridge physics research and education, creating pathways that not only improve student learning outcomes but also support teachers as innovators in the classroom.
